I called Stateway Auto Transport on 9/14/12 and set up a contract with Rachael Weiss for a transport of my son's vehicle from Rhode Island to Texas. I wanted the pickup date to be 9/24/12. Rachael was professional and very helpful. I called them on 9/20/12 and spoke with Danielle who said that the transport would be assigned shortly but definetly for 9/24/12.

On 9/21/12, Rachael emailed me and indicated that VIP Haul had been assigned to transport my sons' vehicle.

I called VIP Haul and they stated that their driver, Serge, would be in contact with me the night prior to the pickup date. Serge contacted me and gave me his cell number. He was professional and customer oriented. He called with updates and delivered the vehicle on time and in spot on condition.

Stateway quoted $995.00 for the service. I secured the contract with a $195.00 deposit to them and VIP Haul received the $800.00 balance.

Based on Serges' professionalism and service, I would definetly used VIP Haul again.
I would also use Stateway again.
