After learning the carrier the broker chose to transport the vehicle I was concerned due to the feedback on this site. The car was picked up one day early and the driver, Steven, called on the eighth day to arrange delivery the next day. When we had not received a call by late in the afternoon of the delivery date I called Steven. He returned my call a few minutes later and explained he had suffered a minor injury and forgot to call to delay the delivery. He said the car would be delivered the next day. He arrived at the designated drop off point on time. The car was dirty (dusty), but due to the canvas sides on the truck some degree of dust would be expected. The car suffered no damage in transit and Steven was polite and courteous.
Based on this experiance I would use this company again.
