Excellent and responsive service

After looking at a number of different transportation services to ship my car from Pennsylvania to Minnesota I came across Van 3 Auto Transport. They had a great reputation and their quote of $715 was well beneath the majority I received, most came in around $900-$1,100. After booking with them it took a couple of weeks for the car to get picked up, however this is not a complaint. I did not have a specific timeline for transporting the vehicle and I booked in mid December so the holidays played a role. The driver, Tim, was friendly and professional, and once picked up it took 2 days to get to Saint Paul. As for Van 3's customer service my contact person, Bobby, was extremely responsive. Whenever I called with a question or to check the status of my order he was helpful and did a great job of answering any questions that came up. All in all, they made it a great experience and I would absolutely look to them again if I were shipping another car.
