Driver did not show up on pick up day

Made an arrangement with them for pick up on march 4 but nobody showed up. Called them to find out that they are still looking for a driver. The order was placed a week before pick up. March 5 they are still looking for a driver. We cancelled the order and want a refund they said no refund because I signed the paper that there is no refund. customer service is poor. I have to cancel my flight and forfeit my payment due to cancellation. My husband have to drive the car himself. Do not trust this conpany as it will only give you hassle and waste of money.
