I was looking to buy a car, and b/c I was so specific, it was likely going to be out-of-state. I requested a quote on-line and received about 30 responses. It was fine, but a bit overwhelming. Todd was the lowest, but more importanly he was the most responsive. He took the time to walk me through the process and explain how things worked. Needless to say, when I settled on a state (a different state) Todd was who I called. The process was exactly as he'd explained. Buying a car from another state can be stressfull and Todd was calm and always took my calls. I couldn't be happier with Todd's service.
