This customers review is VERY misleading in an obviously poor attempt to discredit the way that our company does business. As you can read in the review, she was quoted 5 months ago by a representative who had been terminated MONTHS ago. When asked why she decided to leave a bad review over a quote that she received 5 months ago by an employee that was terminated for misrepresenting the company her response was, If I can help prevent some other honest person in need from losing their money by having my review up there, I will. Bear in mind, it had already been explained to her that the rep who had misquoted her had been terminated months ago, and she has an irrational sense of protecting future potential customers from this same thing from happening to them. There is no way that this would happen to someone again because this employee no longer works for the company and hasn't been with the company for over 4 months after it was found out how he was conducting himself. She is correct in being upset that this had happened to her, but this review is a pointless warning of something that will not occur to current/future customers at all. Our dispatch manager Adam, who was mentioned in her review, was simply trying to handle the fired rep's mess and explain what had happened and even offered to split the difference in price for her for the inconvenience(which this customer decided to conveniently leave out of her review). Overall, this customers review is a pointless effort at revenge by stating that we constantly bait and switch and are a fraudulent company because of a dishonest rep who has long been terminated for not conducting themselves in the way Vantage would like to operate as a business. We can assure a quality and honest experience for any future customers without any worries of this ever happening to anyone again.
