RUDE - NEVER USE

Vantage Auto Movers is the same as Reliable Vehicle Transport LLC, located at 449 NW 35 Street, Suite 104, Boca Raton, Florida 33431. Neither of these entities are authorized to do business in the state of Florida. Please read ALL of the reviews before you decide to hire this company. I was paying to have a vehicle shipped from Texas to Georgia. After 5 days of waiting, I called to inquire as to why the vehicle had not yet been picked up and was cussed out by Sam. Upon reading other reviews, I see that I am not the only person that this has happened to.

1) Yes, correct, if you search for Reliable Vehicle Transport, that company is not allowed to outsource auto transports. We are technically and have not been for a while, Reliable Vehicle Transport. That company name was changed due to a copyright issue. Vantage Auto Movers, howvever, is 100% fully licensed, insured and bonded to do so. Our MC#, issued by the DOT, is 855272. I would not even have received this customer's quote request, or anybody's, for that matter, had I not received the proper licensing in the state of Florida. If any coherent person exercises a tiny bit of common sense, they'd realize that I would not even be able use the websites and software and resources I use literally every day of my life without said-licensing and bonds. 2) The customer's car was SCHEDULED to be picked up exactly on the original desired pickup date for the exact rate that it was quoted, regardless of the fact that the customer never made it clear that it absolutely HAD to be picked up on a certain day. Bare in mind, the drivers are INDEPENDENTLY OWNED companies who are HIRED by the third-party brokerage (me). All drivers assigned to a route are provided with the broker's personal phone number. To my knowledge, the driver was running ahead of schedule and wanted to pick up this customer's car 1 day early. At no point did the driver call my personal number to tell me of any changes, rather, he called the main office number here afterhours. So, that is 100% not my fault. 3) I absolutely never "cussed out" the customer. After communicating to the customer that we are happy to arrange another carrier, he then proceeded to condescend and rudely threaten to chastise me on public internet forums. I have recorded phone records to prove that no obscenities were used by me, only by the customer. I can understand that somebody would get angry over something like this, but, I am just a broker, in an office, not the driver out on the road.
