Honestly my biggest complaint with the whole thing was the fact that sometimes the communication was not all that clear. For example I asked about what time it would be picked up and for the first day no one knew which is understandable at the wait for my money to clear before giving me solid information then once it did I asked again and was told afternoon in the person did not get there until after 7:00:00 p.m.. the person that got there did everything professionally and no complaints with the service on that and either would have been nice to not wait for over 8 hours when it wasn't needed so it wouldn't been too hard to say late afternoon or after 5 or something. That's it though the rest of the service exactly as I asked for so I would rate them overall pretty good
