Laura from Vehicle Shipping Group was extremely helpful, and professional with my last minute request to ship a vehicle from Connecticut to Florida. I called Laura on Thursday afternoon and she had a driver assigned to pick up my car on Friday morning.

I called Laura at Vehicle Shipping Group after Montway Auto Transport failed to pick up my vehicle for 2 days, without so much a phone call or an apology.

Laura guided me thru the process and assured me that Vehicle Shipping Group only use the best drivers and run background checks on them. The car carrier Laura assigned my car to was Pro Sport Auto Trans, LLC, and as Laura said they were also extremely helpful and honest.

Even tho Pro Sport was 1 day late picking up my car, the driver called me and followed up with text to explain why he was running late. He also stayed in touch during the trip down to Florida and his ETA.

I would highly recommend Vehicle Shipping group and Laura as your rep if you are planning on having your car shipped.
