I had a shipment of cars that needed moving from Brunswick, GA to Orlando, FL that I paid Daniel at Veteran Transport Logistics to take care of. I paid him the fee to obtain drivers. I spoke with him back and forth for a week and he was not able to procure a driver. Every day, he said he had three drivers who could provide transport but never came through. He claimed one tried to go and get the cars but broke down on the way up to Brunswick. At this point, I was a day away from being charged a hefty fee to keep the vehicles at the port. I ended up driving to Brunswick with friends and family to get the cars. It took an entire day and was a huge inconvenience to myself and my family. When I asked Daniel back for the fee I paid him, he refused and began threatening me. He stated he couldn’t give back the fee due to his family’s financial hardship.

I wrote an initial review on Transport Reviews and disputed the charge with my bank. Once I told him this, he then shared my personal information online including my phone and email. I now have hundreds of phone calls and emails from across the US regarding the shipping of cars and household goods that I don't even own. He also proceeded to dispute the review saying I was never a customer of theirs. I had to submit bank transactions and email conversations to prove that I was an actual customer allowing me to update and re-post the review online. Most of the correspondence between Daniel and I state that he can’t give me back the money due to his financial situation. I cannot do anything about this. He is running a business. I paid for a service which he did not provide. I don’t know many people who can give away hundreds of dollars because the business owner can’t pay his rent.

Do yourself a favor and stay away. Do not use this company for any transport or shipping needs. There are much better companies out there.

Daniel took 400 dollars on my creditcard promised pickup on friday no show then monday no show then tuseday no show then wednesday and again no show so i made other arrangements and asked for my money back he had refused to pay it back and said he had used it to pay his rent thats not my problem he is a thief and i will be takining it up with my creditcard company he was paid to provide a service which he did not provide

Since we have opened in 2013, there has been a half-dozen companies with VERY similar names, that are using a well established name like ours to better their sales. I wont take this review down because I would like customers to know you are not a customer of this specific company. IF you feel as if you were a client of ours, we would like to investigate this issue further because we absolutely do not do business in this way, shape, or form.
