VTL transported couple cars for me. First transaction was executed flawlessly but the second one was not as it seems there was communication issues between VTL, the truck driver and myself. I was kept out of the loop after when my car was ready to be picked up. Feedback from the dealer regarding communication between VTL and the truck driver was the same - not very good. The truck driver just showed up at the dealership to pick up the car without giving notice to the dealer or myself. There was also no communication between Dan and the truck driver with me during or before the pick up. During the drop off of the vehicle, the truck driver called both our #s between 7:30am - 7:40am in the morning that they will show up in 20 min. I was hoping that they could have given us more notice. I will give 4 stars to VTL and 3 stars to the trucking company.
