I usually don't take the time to write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my story using Veteran Transport Logistics. I called 5-6 transport companies to compare pricing, timelines, insurance coverage and other pertinent details. Of all the companies I called, only one of them--Veterans Transport Logistics--was able to guarantee pricing and other things related to transporting my vehicle. I spoke to Daniel, a veteran and the company owner and explained my situation:
I was making a temporary move cross-country to be with family while my husband is deployed overseas for 8 months. We have 2 toddlers so being able to nail down a window for the delivery date was crucial since I needed the vehicle to be there within a few days of my arrival (via plane). Daniel was extremely courteous, professional, honest, and fair about price, the timeline and other important logistics. Many of the other companies I called gave me a window and said the quote was only an estimate because gas prices and other factors could alter the final cost. This was a red flag as I was worried that the other companies would add unnecessary costs to the final price.

Furthermore, Daniel kept me updated on the status of my vehicle's transport in the days leading up to loading my vehicle on the truck. The best part was that he estimated 5-7 days to transport my vehicle and it arrived in 3.5 days, 1.5 days ahead of schedule! The transport driver was also professional and conducted a comprehensive walk through at the start and finish of the process. My vehicle arrived in great condition, ahead of time--a win-win in my book!
As a veteran, Daniel understands the demands and unpredictability of the military. He and his company did everything in their power to ensure that the process was seamless, so I could focus my energy on the move and didn't need to stress about shipping my vehicle.
There are many transport companies and I felt overwhelmed when it came time to make the decision on which one to use. Veterans Transport Logistics not only met, but exceeded my expectations! They know the business and took care of all of the logistics and details related to the transport so I could focus on my family, the move and other important matters. I will definitely be using them to transport my vehicle back to Philadelphia in a few months.
