From initial contact until even after delivery of two vehicles this was as simple, painless, and communicative a shipping delivery as you could imagine. I was kept in the loop about the pickup, the travel time, and the expected delivery date and time. I have used shipping companies for vehicles before and the uncertainty of "what is going on" is stressful. No such problems here with Viceroy. The driver Jon with DASH Transport LLC took care of my vehicles and was professional and courteous at delivery. If there was one tiny issue it was that at delivery I was expected to pay cash (as opposed to using a CC) which was probably a mix-up on my part. MY next vehicle shipment? Viceroy without a doubt! BTW- I am pretty darn picky also!
