This was my first experience shipping my car, in this case from Florida to Massachusetts. Prompted by its five star yelp rating, I contacted Viceroy from the list of many brokers seeking my business and consider that to have been my best decision. John, the dispatcher handling my request, was very responsive and did his best to meet all of my needs and concerns. His responses to my questions and concerns were always prompt and helpful. He carefully explained to me his reasons for switching drivers and the new shipper handled things with professionalism and dispatch. My car arrived when promised and needed. If I have to do this again, I will know where to turn.
