I called Viceroy because of a recommendation from a friend of mine who used them to bring a car across the country for him. After checking other carriers and seeing how much more expensive they were I chose Viceroy. They found a carrier who was local where my car was being transported from. The driver contacted me prior to pickup and before drop off. The driver gave me an estimated ETA and a 10 minute notification prior to drop off and was actually a couple minutes early. The dispatch coordinator, Johnathon, was very helpful and was there to see the process through all the way until the end. Dispatch and the delivery driver responded to text and called by phone. The vehicle was delivered on time and to my door. I was impressed with the service and will be using Viceroy in the future for my vehicle transportation needs. Thank you Viceroy!
