We had a two-week window for when we would be available to receive the shipment and asked specifically what their margins were for accuracy in pick-up and delivery. They assured us they were 99% accurate within 24 hours. When we had no pick-up date well into our window, we called and they said they hadn't even assigned a driver yet, so we canceled our contract and they said they would refund the deposit which they never did. We had to pursue the refund through the credit card company. I don't know if all trucking companies are flaky, but this one sure is and although they admitted that they owed us a refund, they obviously never intended to give it. All the claims of timely service are a load of blah blah and designed to get your name on a contract. They have no intention of giving the service they claim they give.

Your deposit has been refunded in full. We never tell anyone that we have a 99% accuracy thatw e pick up within 24 hrs. This al false statement from you. We do provide express service that we gurantee pick up with in 24 to 48hrs for an additional $200. We succesfully move between 200 to 250 cars evrey month, so we must be doing something correct.
