I was very pleased with Viking Auto Transport. I didn't need the car right away, so having the initial pickup a couple of days after the estimated window didn't bother me. I left messages when I needed to speak with customer service. The driver called us too, which was good. We were able to get the car earlier than expected because we let the driver know where we live in relation to his route. He was passing close by, so we didn't have to drive as far as expected to get the car. It worked out well because we had flexibility. The estimates from other companies were $200-$300 more.
