The car was picked up a few days late but that was not really such a big deal. We did get a phone call on Saturday afternoon from the driver explaining that he'd be picking up the car at night about 8:00 or 8:30 which was OK but he didn't arrive until 10:15. He ended up being a very nice guy so it didn't seem like so much of an inconvenience. He explained that the car would arrive in Florida on Tues. afternoon, which it did and in perfect condition. All in all the experience with Viking was a good one and we would use them again if and when the need arises.
