Mr. Glenn Horlacher contracted with Viking Auto Transport to move his vehicle. We were not able to find a truck for him on a timely manner, this is correct. Our dispatchers worked diligently to find him a truck, and we did have two drivers that were going to pick up, but canceled with us because their was not enough cargo traveling in this area. We continued looking for drivers but had been unsuccessful. We kept Mr. Horlacher informed of the delay on a daily basis. We never lied to Mr. Horlacher or gave him false promises. We informed him that we were trying to the best that we could to find him a truck, but unfortunately we were late. Again I emphasize that we never, never lied to him, we plainly told him that it was difficult to find a truck on this route at this time.
Mr. Horlacher those not have a write to slander Viking Auto and our employees. We successfully move between 200 to 300 cars every month on a timely basis. Unfortunately this was one vehicle that was taken longer then usual. Tony D.
