Dear Brandi, when you set up the transport of your vehicle with Viking Auto Transport and it was explained to you that deposit would be taken at the time that you set up your reservations. We offer a 100% refund of your deposit if you cancel for any reason as long as we don’t have a truck assigned to you. This was explained to you and it is a clearly stated in the service agreement that is send out automatically to all our customers at the time you set it up.
You called this office for a status report and it was told to you that we should have a truck assigned to you within the next 24 hrs, you called the office the next day first thing in the AM, and you were explained that we were still waiting for the truck to arrive.
For what ever reason at this time you decided to cancel the order even that your car was still not late in being picking up.
So at this time we accepted your request to cancel. And I personally told you and I did not yell at you, that you would be receiving a confirmation e-mail in the next 24hrs confirming your refund. You misunderstood again; I did not tell you that your deposit would be back in your account in 24 hrs, since l in normal baking time it usually take between 48 to 72hrs for it to appear in your account.
Your order has been canceled and you will be receiving a full refund.
