We were told the vehicle was to be picked up within a week of the order 9/22. I checked on the 27th and was told the dispatchers are working on it, checked on the 29th and was told the dispatchers are working it. On 10/5 I finally cancelled the load after several days of people telling me "Our Dispatchers are working diligently". On 10/ I was told by Tony to expect the refund within 24 hours. We paid $170 up front that supposively had secured a spot on the trailer which obviously never existed. My Oct. statement came and the refund had not happened. I requested it again on 11/10 and was told they needed the last 4 digits of the CC # for the refund and then was told by Tony the refund was scheduled for 11/18. On 11/29 the refund had not been processed so I followed up again and no response. We had to file fraudulent with our CC company in order to the refund. These people are obviously scammers. They take your deposit and do not cover your loads and try to keep the deposit. They must be hoping we would give up.

Dear Mary, we regret that we did take a long time to pick up your vehicle. But if you recall, that you failed to mention in this Review. That when you first contacted our office, we did explained to you that transporting a vehicle from Oregon to Kansas was going to take longer than usual since their was not a lot of cargo going back and forth in this route I do apologize for the delay in your refund. But we did have a conversation regarding why the refund was delayed and we thought that you were fine with that. We informed you that a check has been mailed out to you for $170. The check for $170 has been mailed to the address that we have on file for you. Being that you mentioned that your bank has credit you the $170, we hope that you just destroy the check that we mailed to you or just mail it back to Viking.
