Dear Mary, we regret that we did take a long time to pick up your vehicle. But if you recall, that you failed to mention in this Review. That when you first contacted our office, we did explained to you that transporting a vehicle from Oregon to Kansas was going to take longer than usual since their was not a lot of cargo going back and forth in this route
I do apologize for the delay in your refund. But we did have a conversation regarding why the refund was delayed and we thought that you were fine with that. We informed you that a check has been mailed out to you for $170. The check for $170 has been mailed to the address that we have on file for you. Being that you mentioned that your bank has credit you the $170, we hope that you just destroy the check that we mailed to you or just mail it back to Viking.
