If you don't remember anything else remember to never to use this company. The reviews are the same for most who have experienced their piss poor service. I requested the service and completed the documents for such service. The day the vehicle was to be picked up, I called in the afternoon to confirm that it would be since I had not heard from the transporter with a window of time for pick up. I was assured that someone would be contacting me for a pick-up on that day and given a number of the alleged carrier. I called and left a message for the carrier to call me to confirm my pick-up and no one returned my call (until the following week). I called Viking representative Tony the next day and of course by the time I called Viking was closed for the day/weekend. The alleged carrierer returned my call on Monday and advised that they didn't have a confirmation to pick my vehicle up and that they had advised Viking to contact me about completing the transport for a higher cost. Needless to say when I contacted Viking again they (Tony or the alternate name he uses) stated that the carrier was incorrect and I needed to give them more time for the carrier to pick up my vehicle. The whole setup is a sham. Viking low balls their offers to get the business but can't make good on their offer when they post the request for carriers to commit to the transport at the quote Viking offers and have to subsequently go back to the customer and commit to the transport at a higher cost. After almost a week of the game playing by Viking I opted to use an alternate transport company/carrier. I requested a refund to which Viking committed to in an email to me and have been going back and forth with the credit card company from October until today to get that small refund because Viking obviously knows the system and how to avoid paying refunds to customers who request them. More important than the refund is the amount of time you waste and lose trying to conduct business with these scam artist....they suck!!! I WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND ANYONE SEEKING TRANSPORT SERVICES FOR YOUR VEHICLE DELETE VIKINGS QUOTES AND RUN THE OTHER WAY. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!

We usually don’t like to call anyone out. But the only sham artist and scam was created by you Mr. Justice. Number one your deposit of $100 has been refunded to you in full as you are completely aware. Even though you are not entitled to the refund Viking did refund it to you anyway. Viking sir did not low ball you and you have no write to accuse us of this. Viking did not breach their contract as you are aware of, we assigned K&T Logistics Auto Transport to pick up your vehicle, so you are not being completely truthful and you are deliberately misrepresenting in this review. Every time that the driver from K& T Logistics called to set up a time to pick up the vehicle the driver was told that it was not ready for pick up and driver could not afford to wait around. So Mr. Justice you should not post frivolous reviews knowing dam well that we had a truck ready and willing to pick up your vehicle. So I repeat you should really reconsider this review that you have posted since most of it is not accurate and you be ashamed is yourself. We did the most that we could do to do our job and you trash us in this review. We had the driver and car was not available but we still refunded your money….Richard H.
