I recently went online to research companies, to transport my daughters' car from Florida to my son in Chicago. I contacted a site that promised 12 quotes within an hour...….and they did!!!! I quickly realized that EVERY company was pressuring me to give them my credit card number, in order to get me on a schedule. The ONLY company that DID NOT was Way to go auto transport. How can you make a decision in 2 minutes, entrusting one of the most VALUABLE ASSETS you will ever own, to a stranger that wants a $150.00 deposit now, and sounds like they are reading a script in a very loud telemarketing office? It could be a scam…. It was very stressful!! Then, I spoke to Debbie Ebersole the owner of Way to Go. She assured me that NOTHING needed to be paid until the car was physically being picked up. Even though I had to change the date and pick-up location twice (due to circumstances beyond my control) she was still very professional, accommodating me, and confident that the auto would still be moved within my time frame, in spite of the most fierce winter weather the mid-west has seen since the 1880's!!! Whew!! It arrived safely, and I was not charged extra, because it was a convertible, and needed to go on the top level of the carrier. (Some companies wanted $100.00 more!!) I would strongly recommend this company if you ever need to move a car!!
