I do not enjoy writing negative reviews and rarely do it. However, in this case, I feel compelled to write a negative review in the hopes that other customers may avoid a situation like mine. Bottom line with Wecartransport: avoid at all costs. Three reasons explain my negative review.
First, my vehicle arrived damaged. Wecartransport hired an unreliable, dishonest company to transport my vehicle as part of a military move. The car arrived damaged, dirty and missing a roof bar. Several large scratches were visible on the car. A large scratch and damaged paint were visible where the roof rack was positioned.
Second, the company did next to nothing to reimburse the cost of damages or the loss of the roof bar. I asked for repair costs and or replacement of my roof bar and the company flatly denied my request.
Third, the company's customer service in dealing with this situation was nonexistent. Eventually, the company even stopped answering my emails and phone calls. In my view, this company cares more about their bottom line than treating their customers fairly. Avoid at all costs and go with a different company. Unfortunately, I will also be addressing my concerns to the Better Business Bureau.
