Once I made the decision to transport my nephew's car from Arkansas to California, I put out an inquiry and started receiving proposals from companies. As companies responded with a quote, I began looking at their reviews and this is when it got scary. So many unhappy customers in this area - complaints of price changing after the fact, changing the delivery/pick up date of the car and aggressive drivers demanding payment in excess of what was agreed to and/or when there was an issue with the condition of the car upon delivery. There seems to be a lot of unsavory characters and companies in the business of transporting cars. Luckily, I also received a quote from We Car Transport. Wayne was a godsend! He explained to me the entire process so I understood how it worked and what to expect. He was incredibly responsive and professional throughout the entire process. I would not only use them again but I have already referred a friend who is in need of this service. Highly recommended!
