Kristen is both friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the shipping process. In our case, her experience shipping through Tropical to the U.S. Virgin Islands was very helpful. Once we were ready to move forward with pickup, they were able to get the driver out right away to get the vehicle to Florida. THe driver was excellent- he helped pull out a speaker from the vehicle that was not needed as well as advised us that we should add wheel locks to the rims of the Denali so they do not get stolen at the port. He even put the locks on for us. Not to mention, he was able to come a day early! I cannot express how happy we are with both Kristen and the driver's services.
