Rocky was very informative regarding how the auto transport system works. this was my first time shipping an auto.He said lets put it on the board and see if a driver wants to transport it. Rocky then called me 3 or 4 times leaving messages informing me that i had a spot on a truck the next day if i hurried and confirmed . I bit the bait and confirmed. I called him back and signed up with his company. This was great such a fast response. getting the car transported may be easier than i thought.i was given a phone number for the driver and told to call the driver to find out what time he would be picking up the car the next day .I called the driver and was told he can't promise me a time because that would be lying if he cant make it at that time.(red flag) the next day i sat and waitied. i called the driver at 6pm. he said he was not going to make it til the next day. i sent an email to Rocky i was upset that i wasted a day waiting on a truck that wasnt coming and was not informed of such. Rocky called me 11:30 that night .He said he would call the driver. what was upsetting is the fact that i wasted a whole day waiting for a truck thats was not coming and no one had the courtesy to inform me of this. The driver could have called Rocky and have him call the customers if he was afraid of getting yelled out.
When the driver came to pick up the car i asked him if the car would arrive in NY on Sat instead of Friday as promised. ( since it was picked up a day later) ..He told me the car would be dropped off Friday afternoon in NY.My brother in law waited for delivery on Friday.. finally around 4 pm he called the driver.. to find out he was not dropping it off until Sat. morning . what happened to common courtesy and using the cellphones. thats what they are for.. we have busy lives. Be HONEST with the customers . The good thing is the car arrived today safe and sound . thank you David for that.
I read other companies reviews and this companies reviews before i agreed to commit.. i read over and over that the broker and the driver kept in touch with the customer the whole time. oh well it was a learning experience.
I didnt want to be a bother to the driver so i didnt want to call and distract him from driving .It did not matter to me how long it took to transport the car to NY (since it sat for 3 yrs in the garage).I would never want someone to rush and put their life in jeopardy for a car. All i wanted was a stress free transport with people giving me some kind of time frame we were working with. I wonder if no one was there to receive delivery of the car would i have received lots of phone calls then . I am sorry if this review causes people to get upset but it is the truth. I can only hope that the next customer receives better communications.

Thank you Aileen for the review..I am glad you understand the whole process now, it really isn't that easy...we make it look easy because we are dedicated professionals who know the auto transport business. Sometimes you have to wait on the driver because we donnot live in a perfect world. They are dealing with traffic, weather conditions, a variety of road conditions, weigh stations, dropping cars off and pickups. It's complicated and these men who drive these rigs risk their very lives each day to deliver your cars. It's a tough job for the right men who most of them are working to provide for their families.
