Danielle at We Will Transport It patiently provided detailed information on moving my car with prompt followups as needed. I needed to move my car from San Francisco, CA to Philadelphia, PA. I have never used a car transport company and did not know what to expect.

Danielle gave me a reasonable quote that save me time and anxiety. Brokers can't guarantee quotes until a transporter accepts the contract. On occasion, the transporter may ask for more money than quoted. This is standard. The difference between brokers is that she quoted me a price at the 85th percentile or better of other similar contracts. She explained that this meant that if a driver considering the contract came back with a new price, it would be on the order of $50 or $75 higher. This differs from some other brokers that lowball to hook the customer and then later hit you with a new quote that is hundreds of dollars higher hoping that you won't have enough time to find a new company.

Danielle offered to match bids from other comparably rated programs. This removed cost from the decision-making process which was a real comfort.

She followed up regularly without being pushy. As a car transport newbie (me, not her), she went out of her way to explain all the pitfalls I should avoid. For example, brokers that quote suspiciously fast pickup times; unrealistically low offers; promises of door-to-door service only to have the driver drag you out somewhere far to pickup your car when it arrives. Impressively, she was always available when I called, mornings or early evenings. I never got a voicemail. And she was always the person that picked up (no "let me transfer you" musical chairs).

I had a good experience with We Will Transport It and, in particular, Danielle. Importantly to me, so have many other customers that wrote not just good reviews, but glowing ones. If you don't at least talk to them when you want to move your car, you may lose out on getting the best information.
