I had no idea that purchasing a vehicle and having it shipped would be such a pain! Trusted the dealership to help me get it shipped, it was placed on a board and I didnt hear anything for awhile. Kept getting emails from TONS of shipping companies, just the generic automatic emails that really don't do anything for me.
I was browing my inbox one day, and as I was getting frustrated with the amount of time it was taking to get my Jeep to me, I looked at a couple of emails from shippers wanting to ship to me. Helmer's email stood out to me, as it was immediately obvious that a real person was actually emailing me. I replied to him, and got a response immediately.
Helmer arranged shipping (to Montana, which apparently no one wants to come to!) within 2 DAYS of our first contact! Texting was really my only means of communication during my work hours, and he and I exchanged many texts within those 2 days to get this done.
He is AAAA+++ rated, and he made an otherwise difficult, lengthy, and frustrating process better. I wouldn't go to anyone else if I were to ever do this again!
