Started with another company, Never got a confirmation only excuses. Helmer called me on a Monday to see if I had made arrangements. He told me bike could be picked up Tuesday and delivered Thursday. Bike was delivered by 4:30 Wednesday afternoon. All were very courteous. Bike delivered in excellent condition. Highly recommend.
