I filled out a auto transport quote online to send my SUV from Las Vegas to Detroit. I got probably 50 emails with quotes. Some as I as $1400 and some in the $700's. I emailed the companies that quotes under $1000. Only a handful would communicate through email, most required a phone call which is not an option in my profession. Of those few only one would go back and forth through email and they managed to work around my schedule and actually nail down a pick up day. Most required a 72hr window, wasn't going to work for me since I only had one day off the week I needed to ship. Israel Meyer at "We Will Transport" was the one person in the shipping industry that actually worked for my business. He provided continual customer service and never blew me off. I know I was a difficult customer, but it was my money so I wasn't just going to be a puch over. Israel quoted me at $900 and he stuck to the price. He never tried to change things on me. If I ever need to ship another car I will not need to shop around I will go directly to him. He found a driver that was heading to Detroit that was willing to commit to my needed pickup day. He set things up with "J Hill Service LLC" and the driver was Glenn Miller. Glenn was awesome as well. He called the day before to schedule pick up, he was willing to work around my schedule. What really impressed me about Glenn was his customer service at the end game. During transit my grandfather passed away, the car was being shipped to my father. Glenn was having difficulty getting in contact with my dad...he just lost his father. Glenn then contacted me and I explained what happened. When he finally did get in contact with my dad he offer to hold the care for several days extra for free if my dad needed him to. Glenn is amazing. He was already getting paid and he was still compasionate enough to be decent to a person he had never met. He could have very easiely just said my dad needed to be there at a specific time. My dad ended up getting the car as originally planned but the offer ws more then appreciated. Glenn is a standup man. As for the car, it arrived in perfect condition and on time. It is hard to find people like Israel and Glenn in this world anymore, both of them will get my business again if needed. I would recommend both of them to anyone that needs an honest, timely, and service oriented auto transport.
