As always customer service is key at WWTI. In this case we tried a number of times to contact the client. We realized the client was in a difficult spot for pick up. We where having a difficult time getting a carrier. When we found someone we reached out to the client again to no avail. The car has now been sitting longer than we liked. So we did not pass the full burden on to the client. We determined that we where partially responsible for this problem with quoting the vehicle to low. So we reduced our fee to match the clients increase. Clients, at WWTI, are our number one priority.
Communication is important in all factors of business. Yes it broke down for a moment here. However, we took responsibility and lowered our fee to make sure the job was done correctly, professionally and with care to the clients vehicle. We hope in the future you understand this and consider us again in the future.
