This was my first time transporting a vehicle. As expected i was a bit nervous since i had no idea where to start. Joey did a good job explaining everything to me. After the initial contact with Joey i dealt with dispatcher Dave. He was very accessible and informative. He guided me thru the whole process with ease. There was originally a miss understanding with the car location so a driver was sent to the wrong address about 100 miles away (my fault). Joey found me a new driver right away and the car was picked up the next day. Overall i had a great experience. Yes i had cheaper options but you get what you pay for. I will definitely use this company for my future needs.
