This company contacted me as I was stressed when the company I'd contracted was not answering my calls. I was particularly upset as I found that the other firm had many negative reviews (I should have done my research earlier). My car was picked up within 3 days of contacting the company and it arrived 2 days later. The staff was extremely helpful and understanding. There was no damage to my auto and nothing stolen. The only glitch was that the driver arrival time was delayed but I think that is unavoidable particularly coming into DC.
