They quoted me a price and I explained to them that the bike was a custom built rat rod motorcycle about the length of a chopper. The driver they sent out refused to pick up the bike because it was "too long". They constantly gave me the run around and kept raising the price on me, saying that the drivers wanted more, quoted $800.00 and then it ended up being $1200.00. They are nothing but a scamming broker that ropes you in with a low price and then changes things up after you sign a contract (read it thoroughly before committing). When I told them I wanted to cancel my order and wanted a refund, I was told they would take me to court and sue me. It would have cost me more to fly to Florida and deal with court than to let them handle this. They finally found another driver who was amazing. He had great communication and delivered the bike within 3 days in an enclosed vehicle. I will NEVER use we Will Transport It again. The driver that they contracted I have used again, but only because I contacted him directly and didn't go through a broker. Any reputable company won't make you sign a contract or if they do, will let you out of it. Lesson Learned.
