My car was originally scheduled for pick up July 3rd. On July 3rd I was told it would be July 4th. I spoke to someone at the carriers office on the morning of July 4th and was advised that the driver would arrive between 2 and 6. The driver was a no show and no call that day. On July 5th I received a call from Reginald at We Will Transport It and explained my situation. By the end of the day, Reginald had found another driver that could pick up my vehicle on the 6th and deliver it on the 8th.

While I was annoyed with the carrier/driver, thanks to Reginald, everything worked out OK in the end. I would use We Will Transport It.com again due to the way they resolved the problem caused by an unreliable driver/carrier.
