Hello my name is Kimberly Michelle and I would like to thank Reggie for his HONESTY, HARD WORK AND PATIENCE WITH ME AND FOR SAFELY TRANSPORTING MY VEHICLE!!
I WOULD LIKE TO START OFF BY SAYING THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME EVER NEEDING TO TRANSPORT MY VEHICLE.
My story begins a month ago when I had first spoke with Reggie who gave me a call about transporting my 2010 Chevrolet Suburban. Reggie was very kind and explained in great detail about how this industry works. He told me to take my time and look into the companies that will be calling me about transporting my vehicle. He referred me to Transport Reviews. I am sad to say I did not listen to his sound wisdom. The one time I didn't listen cost me dearly. I instead went with a company who gave me a much lower price but charged me an upfront deposit (which Reggie told me to stay away from). The company was suppose to pick up my car on August 6th. I was in tears when no ever came to pick up my car and when I called that company I got no response, no emails, no communication from them at all. Now I was worried not about how I will get my car home, but also how I would get my $300.00 deposit back. I had deleted all emails from other companies and I also deleted Reggie's contact information...I was devastated, angry, and upset with MYSELF for trying to be cheap and not doing what I should have done from the very beginning and listen to Reggie.
Then to my surprise, Reggie out of the blue gave me a call to ask how I was doing and asked if my car was transported....I burst out into tears...hearing his voice gave me such a relief. Again Reggie was very patient with me, he calmed me down and assured me everything would be fine. He even stayed on the phone with me for 2 hours. He told me what I needed to do to first get my deposit back. Then he said let me make some calls to the carriers that his company works with to try and get me picked up ASAP at NO ADDITIONAL COST!!! While Reggie was making calls for me, I had a great conversation with William Meyer one of the dispatch managers who also reassured me that everyone at We Will transport It will do their very best to help take care of me in my urgent time of need.
After talking with William for an hour, Reggie came back to the phone and told me he had found a carrier that would pick up my vehicle in the morning. he gave me his name and number for me to call and confirm. I called the carrier and he was such a sweet heart. Instead of waiting till tomorrow morning he went out of his way and picked my vehicle at 10:45pm!!! The carrier told me that he is an independent contractor but he mainly works with We Will Transport IT because they are a reputable business family owned and operated who puts people first.
Now I hold 3 different doctorate degrees in business finance, marketing and psychology. With digital and internet marketing becoming the new wave of the future my plans are to do what I do for my business clients world wide, I will now do for We Will transport IT, AT NO CHARGE!!! They came to me in my time of need, went over and beyond the call of duty, and they did it from the heart. That means a lot especially when you are widower with 3 kids, working for a major marketing firm, clients to take care of all over the world, its good to know that a company like We Will Transport IT and people like Reggie who are more interested in people than money.
THANK YOU REGGIE FOR TAKING CARE OF ME AND THANK YOU WILLIAM AND WE WILL TRANSPORT IT!!! MAY YOU ALL BE BLESSED ALL YOUR DAYS AND I WILL MAKE SURE THAT YOU BECOME THE MOST SUCCESSFUL TRANSPORTATION COMPANY!!!
