I have used this company twice in a six week time span this summer. The first time, I had a positive experience, with no issues, so I went back to this company again to complete my roundtrip. This second time, I encountered a whole host of issues that I feel warrant a candid review. First and foremost, I called in to work with the same rep I'd used originally; someone claiming to be that individual attempted to lie, and it clearly wasn't his voice. There was no follow-up or an order number provided, so I called in again. Eventually I found my way to someone who claimed they were the owner. Still no order number given, and no call backs with routine or proactive updates. The very absent owner said he would work on my transport search personally. After 8 days of very poor, or NO incoming communication, while experiencing a total lack of success in locating me ANY transport for any price, I spoke to another dispatcher, who took over, and finally located me a transport within an hour. The owner then charged my credit card for their commission, that I'd used six weeks prior, without my advance knowledge or authorization! That is not right. These guys claim to work in a "shark tank" and it shows. I encountered a serious lack of customer service and basic honesty at the outset. When I let this supposed owner know my final concerns, he berated me, and took zero responsibility. Despite one successful dispatcher who finally took on my carrier search, I'd say: BEWARE.
