I contacted this shipping company last week to ship multiple truckloads of cars. They immediately came back with a great bid and told me how wonderful their company was and what great reviews they get online.

Before I agreed to ship with them I asked them 3 times for a written offer, which they never sent. I left multiple messages with dispatch and the manager and did not hear back.

Finally today I got an e-mail back from Joey changing the quote from $390 per car to $670 per car. Almost DOUBLE!!!

I sent an e-mail today letting them know I am choosing another vendor - who will give me a price in writing, however, We Will transport it now is trying to still arrange trucks for my shipment after I told them I am not doing business with them. They did not take this down.

This is very frustrating to deal with, and frankly is one of the worst shipping experiences I've ever dealt with.
