My job was BOOKED through WE WILL TRANSPORT IT, but the actually hauling was done by AMERICAN AUTO TRANSPORT. It was William at WE WILL TRANSPORT IT who hooked me with his patience and integrity, and the job was handily completed by AMERICAN AUTO TRANSPORT. I was totally satisfied with both companies.
I just moved from NYC to LA and, at the same time, purchased my first car from a family member in Illinois. Having no experience at all with car transporting, I was really nervous about the process, especially since I wouldn't be there to see it loaded on, and I didn't even know where to tell them to drop it off in LA since I hadn't arrived there yet. Well, all my fingernail-biting was needless. Val showed up a day early, did a thorough walk-through with my sister, and arrived in Los Angeles right on schedule. We found a location to meet and all was well. Either Val or the dispatchers were always available to take my calls, and returned all of my messages very promptly. Seriously, everything went off without a hitch. When there was an inadvertent double-billing on my account, William took care of it promptly and without hesitation. I would definitely recommend either of these companies, especially to customers like me- anxious, inexperienced, and convinced that something terrible was going to happen! :)
