Michael P from the first time we spoke it was all about me the Customer and getting my BMW M3 from New Jersey to Colorado professionally, safely, economically and hassle free. Each question he asked and each answer he gave made me know that this is the company to use and Michael P was the representative to have. As an example, when he asked if it was a convertible (It is), his response was it would be shipped on the top rack to avoid oil drips from other cars. When he asked if there were any modifications (Yes, A Lowered Suspension with a Very Low Front and Back Air Dams), he response was he would find an experienced driver and hauler that had lot's of experience with loading/unloading that type of vehicle. Michael P notified me when my car was picked up, where it was in transit and when it would be delivered with an hour of arrival. When you shipping a valuable asset, these are the reassurances and service you need and should demand. Michael P DID what he SAID. The M3 was delivered spotless and the driver professionally and carefully unloaded it in front of my home.
