Originally went with a different shipper. They managed to anger the seller of the car I had purchased as well as angering me. After two full days I still didn't know when or if they were going to pick my car upon time.
Mike P cold called me and asked if he could help. He was a no nonsense kind of guy and didn't go with the hard sell. Simply told me what he could do and did it. That's refreshing in this day.
