I made the mistake of going with another company initially who told me the day of shipment "you should go ahead and drive it cross country because we have no carriers coming to you." I was moving from the east coast to Seattle.
I called Keith, owner of We Will Transport It, in a panic, and he very calmly and professionally picked up the pieces. He explained in expert detail how auto transport companies work. He explained pricing details and maintained the original bid he offered prior to my stressful event. He was very honest, caring and professional.
Then he turned me over to his General Manager, Mike D. Mike calmed all my fears and stress immediately and even brought a laugh and smile to my face through the stress. What a sigh of relief! Mike was with me the entire process, over a 4th of July Holiday weekend no less, and got my car shipped within days of my call. Mike D. might as well have hand carried my vehicle with the personal care he took to ease my fears and stress. He walked me through step by step and continued to stay in touch and keep me posted on details of my shipment before I could even worry. He turned a stressful event into a very pleasant experience. These gentlemen are to be commended with the way they turned a stressful event into a perfect, calm, professional and exceptional transaction.
I truly will never go with anyone else, nor will I allow my friends and family to use ANY other transport company then We Will Transport It. Look no further, your stress is over. Mine is, and my beloved car is back in my possession stress free. Thank you gentlemen. Strong work!
