My representative was Brad. Let me start off by saying that I RARELY fill out reviews for anything. I was so impressed by his level of customer service and prompt communication, that I felt this was 100 percent necessary. He was so damn good, he operated like a 911 dispatcher. Really! No joke. I called him on a Thursday afternoon out of the blue to schedule a vehicle pickup from the dealer. The pickup set for Friday morning and shipped Saturday morning, nonetheless in an enclosure for no extra charge? Completely stoked! This is the real deal and the way business should be done. I would highly recommend!
