Bid from WWTIC was $1250, from Terry and approved by the sales manager. I accepted it. Terry the salesman told me repeatedly in the week/days before ship date that everything was ok even though there was not a pickup scheduled yet. On the planned ship date, the WWTIC dispatcher calls and said "Oh Terry is in sales, he's new, it will never ship for that price. I'm in dispatch but I can find you a driver for $1700. Sorry it went up. We are NOT receiving ANY fee, because we want to make this right for you." When I was contacted by the trucking company's dispatcher later that day, he said: "You understand you will be paying $1700 when the vehicle is delivered. $250 of this will go to the broker We Will Transport It." WHAT? Kevin at WWTIC is a piece of work. He lied and stepped on his lies with more lies during our calls.Was talking loud, fast and hectic claiming "everyone else is lying" My advice: Steer clear of this company. Also, try not to ship a car when there are any constraints for pickup or delivery. I "had" to get this car shipped, now, otherwise I'd have gladly dumped WWTIC and started the process over again.
