damaged our unit, dispatched driver who did not retract electric tounge jack. Drove off, ripping it off, stranger had to help with 8 ton bottle jack to lift unit. driver never called to infor us of damage. Broker will not take phone calls. promised pick up 06-12, driver left after damaging R.V.. 2nd driver dispatched from Arizona, barely spoke English, called on Saturday 06-15, informed us he would not haul unit due to truck issues. Broker will not answer phones. Hired emergency transport co. we are from campfire who lost everything, this company does not care that we have no clothing, NOTHING do not use
