NO REFUND, NO REPLIES, DO NOT USE WEBER

I was quoted for an enclosed carrier. Weber could not find an enclosed carrier so I agreed to have it sent in an open carrier for a reduced price. Weber charged me for the original(enclosed carrier) amount. They said they would refund the difference. After 2 months, NO REFUND, NO RETURN PHONE CALLS OR EMAILS even from their contact email (watcustomerservice@gmail.com) . STAY AWAY AND USE SOMEONE ELSE. WILL NOT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND WILL PURSUE FURTHER ACTION.
