We move about 100 cars a month. We inform all of our customers of the standard time frame for pickup of 1-10 business days. This car was available for 5 business days when we scheduled a truck for it. We emailed the customer and the pickup person that is was scheduled. I did not get upset with the customer. Our policy is when the customer gets out of hand, we ask them to call back when they are calm so that it can be discussed. We can not work with someone when they are yelling or cursing. Nothing gets accomplished at that point.
