The shipper estimated pick-up in approximately 5-10 business days. I had to initate contact every time I discussed the pick-up. It tool 35 days to get the truck after repeated phone calls, by myself. The price ended up being 300 more than the qoute and was never told by the shipper the delivery was C.O.D. . This company is long on promise and short on fulfilment. However well intentioned they are pretty inefficient and lack comunnication skills necessary to satisfy the average consumer.

Customer was priced when called for price that it should be priced higher and customer opted to keep price lower, said not in hurry. When customer decided to go up to recommended price it was picked up and delivered.
