I spoke with Corey at the above company and gave him my credit card for him to charge $100.00. Mind you I have never signed any contract etc, about an hour later I recd another bid for $450. So I called back and told Nick to cancel my order and refund my money. He told me he could not because he had dispatched the car and also give him a chance because he was not returning my money so he will match the price...well I stayed with him until I did some additional research and tried to call him back for the updated change in price.. you got he never responded until today. Come to find out he had not dispatched the car and should not have dispatched the car because I was in no rush and I told Corey I wanted to get the car to New york by Dec 21, 2012, so why would Nick dispatch my vehichle so soon. Anyway Nick lied to me and told me he was sitting next to Corey when he told me I could not get a refund if my car was dispatched. Well being new to shipping a vehicle I have been cautious but not knowing that a company would try to keep your money against your will is absoulutely unbelievable. Are these companies customer service oriented or just want your money for doing nothing but placing a quote and then sending it out on the web for any takers.

I guess I will have to fight for my $100.00 through my credit card company. I have picked a well known tranporter that provided a contract but more importantly no money until the car is really scheduled to be picked up and already I have the name, date, of pickup and drop off. And I can still cancel with this company up until 24 hrs pprior to pick up.

I do not know what more we could have done on this. The vehicle was dispatched to a carrier at the quoted price within an hour of placing it. Customer asked us to cancel this order with that carrier since he wanted us to match another quoted price. We did this by reducing our fee so that we could still get his car moved in a timely manner. Was assigned to another truck the next day/ We found out that the customer had shipped with another company after our carrier tried to pickup. Customer was very upset and refund was given to accommodate customer.
